Movn is based on MULTIFIT, an evidence based system for chronic care management developed by researchers at Stanford University School of Medicine. In multiple randomized clinical trials, MULTIFIT has been shown to improve outcomes and reduce readmissions for patients with coronary artery disease, heart failure, hypertension, acute coronary syndrome, hypertension and diabetes.
The MULTIFIT system has been fully implemented at Kaiser Permanente Northern California and has positively impacted the lives of over 70,000 patients. In 2015, Stanford University granted Movn Health an exclusive global license to commercialize MULTIFIT.
We have updated MULTIFIT to the latest clinical guidelines and infused it with digital tools. We are committed to further validating our programs and push the boundaries of care. Research publications with Movn have shown:
