Can I join if I'm not good with technology? Yes. The customer support team will help you download the app and help you with any other questions you may have.
Do I need exercise equipment at home? No, you don't need any equipment. Your care manager can create an exercise plan for you that fits your needs.
Can I still talk to others in a virtual program? Yes. You can connect with the care team in one-on-one calls, and with others in group sessions.
How do I join? Your doctor will need to send us a referral to participate. If you do not have a referral yet, Movn Health can help you get one from your doctor.
