This is how to do a bicep curl. First, we want to start by placing the band under one foot. We want to keep our elbow tucked in at the waist, and remember to breathe in through our nose and out through our mouth slowly. We're going to curl the band up and pause at the top as we lower it back down. Throughout the exercise, remember to keep breathing — in through the nose, and out through the mouth.
